 The three trainings or practices  These three consist of:  1. Sila: Virtue, good conduct, morality. This is based on two fundamental principles: The principle of equality: that all living entities are equal. The principle of reciprocity: This is the "Golden Rule" in Christianity - to do unto others as you would wish them to do unto you. It is found in all major religions.  2. Samadhi: Concentration, meditation, mental development. Developing one's mind is the path to wisdom which, in turn, leads to personal freedom. Mental development also strengthens and controls our mind; this helps us maintain good conduct.  3. Prajna: Discernment, insight, wisdom, enlightenment. This is the real heart of Buddhism. Wisdom will emerge if your mind is pure and calm.  တွေးခေါ်ရှင်တစ်ဦးအဖြစ်သို့ ‌‌ဒေ့းကာ့ရောက်ရှိလာခြင်း မှာ     စနစ်တကျတွေးခေါ် တတ်သော သူ၏ အရည်အချင်းကြောင့်ဖြစ်သည်။ သူငယ်စဥ်ဘဝ ကပင် လေ့ကျင့်ခဲ့သည် ဆို၏။ သူ အသုံးပြုသည့်နည်းတွင် အဆင့် (၄) ဆင့်ပါသည်။ အကြောင်း ရပ်တစ်ခုရဲ့ မှန်ကန်မှုကို ရှင်းရှင်းလင်းလင်း မသိရင် မယုံပါနဲ့။ ပြဿာနာတိုင်းကို ခွဲခြမ်းစိတ်ဖြာကြည့်ပါ။ ပြဿနာဖြေရှင်းရာမှာ နားလည်ဖို့ လွယ်ကူပြီး အရှင်းဆုံး အပိုင်းမှ စတင်ပါ။ ပြဿနာရဲ့ အစိတ်အပိုင်းများကို တွေးခေါ််ဖော်ပြတဲ့ အခါ ပြည့်စုံပါစေ။ ကျန်ရစ်မှု မရှိပါစေနဲ့။ ‌      ဒေ့ကာသည့် လူသားများတွင် တူညီသော ဆင်ခြေတုံတရားများ ရှိကြသည်။ အခြားပုဂ္ဂိုလ်တို့သည် မိမိထက် အမှားမှန် ပိုင်းခြားနိုင်သည့်ဉာဏ်ပို၍ ရှိသည်ဟု မည်သူမျှ ဝန်ခံလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်။       အခြားသူတစ်ဦးသည် မိမိထက် ပို၍ ပညာတတ်သည်။ ဗဟုသုတပို၍များသည်ဟု ဆိုကောင်းဆိုကြပေမည်။ အမှားအမှန် ပိုင်းခြားနိုင်သောဉာဏ် မိမိထက်ပို၍ ရှိသည်ဟူ၍ကား ပြောလိမ့်မည် မဟုတ်ပေ။     'လူသားတို့၏ စိတ်သည် တစ်ဦး နှင့် တစ်ဦး တူညီမှု မရှိကြပေ။ သင်ကြားရာတွင် အချို့က တတ်မြောက်လွယ်သည်။ အချို့က စိတ်ကူးပို၍ ကောင်းသည်။ အချို့က မှတ်ဉာဏ်ပိုကောင်းသည်။ ဤကဲ့သို့ခြားနားနေခြင်
